Music Is My Life by Mark Timothy

As we are coming up to Easter we thought this story, about how music can bring a deeper understanding of faith, might be suitable.

Religion and politics are the two subjects you are generally told to avoid. They both have the ability to arouse strong feelings but belief in, and passion for, a subject are intrinsic to the art of digital storytelling, which means there are few topics we try to dodge. And given that this week also sees the big political debate, with seven of the party leaders lined up to persuade us to vote for them, it would be remiss not to mention it.  So there you are, that’s yet another taboo broken!  But as Breaking Barriers Community Arts is based in South Wales, an area steeped in the history of the Chartists, hopefully you will forgive the transgression.  And, of course, such forgiveness brings us neatly back to Easter.
